Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Luxury Watches are final sale, also perishable goods such as flowers, cakes, fragrances cannot be returned and no refund will be given for Perishable goods if the delivery address provided is incorrect or person at the delivery address is unavailable to receive goods. No free of cost second delivery attempt will be made for gifts. Please note that we reserve the right to swap the perishable items with equal value items if they are out of stock, if you are not ok with that, please let us know prior to your delivery.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Cancellation and Refunds (if applicable)
Please inform us within 2 hours of placing your order , if you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order for full refund, please also note that cancellation requests received after that are subject to 25% cancellation fees. Order cannot be cancelled when it is out for delivery or shipped. (Perishables items like Cakes and flowers are not refundable.)
After receiving the order, if you want to return the items, please note that your refund may be subject to 20% re-stocking fees. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. you have 7 days after you have received your order to return and claim for refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus the fees as mentioned above, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
